Your purchase is covered by a one year warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against any crafting or manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes misuse or inproper care. Our team will inspect each piece to determine eligibility and provide the appropriate repair or service.

Products are eligible for exchange within 24 hours of delivery ,returned in their original condition- unused, unworn, and accompanied by the original tag and invoice. Any price difference will be applied accordingly.
Products are eligible for return based on their gold value only. All craftsmanships costs will be deducted and the gold value will be calculated according to the current 18K gold buying rate.
